Chasing Experiences
CHASING Experiences
We believe that life is all about the experience. Getting out of our comfort zones, taking the road less traveled, going where our heart desires. Here we highlight some of our favorite adventures around the world, hoping to shine a light if you feel called to these places as well.
WAT CHEDI LUANG | CHIANG MAI, THAILAND
One of the oldest, largest and most iconic temples nestled in the northern mountains of Thailand, this Wat is not to missed during your visit to Chiang Mai. Learn more about the rich history and culture behind Wat Chedi Luang.
KARSA SPA | BALI BLISS
Karsa Spa has an eco friendly philosophy, using bio septic tank systems to protect the surrounding rice fields. They also use eco friendly soaps to clean the spa and are actively involved in their community, encouraging other businesses to recycle and dispose of waste in a green friendly fashion.
TUGU HOTEL AND SPA | PURNAMA BLESSINGS
After having a beautiful Sunday Brunch at Ji Restaurant in Canggu a few weeks prior, we took a walk through the Tugu Hotel right next door and were blown away by the beautiful Indonesian art and antiques. History and culture is interwoven with all that Tugu Hotels offer, and we thought this would be the perfect spa to visit on our last full moon in Bali.
MANO BEACH HOUSE | SEA & BALINESE SUNSETS
Great food is amazing, but great food with a cause behind it is much more meaningful. Mano Beach House not only offers extraordinary food and front row sunset views, but its completely locally owned and operated, which made us fall even more in love with this establishment. If you're in the Seminyak area, this restaurant isn’t to be missed.
WHITE TEMPLE | CHIANG RAI, THAILAND
Away from the crowds of the big city, tucked away in the northern mountains of Thailand, you will find one of the most beautiful and unique temples in the country. Well worth the 3 hour trek north of Chiang Mai. The White Temple or Wat Rong Khun, is a breathtaking demonstration of modern Thai Buddhist art, full of symbolism and this gem is not to be missed on your next visit to Thailand.
